THE ANIMAL
The Corsican Rams are hybrid sheep that originated in Texas and are the most hunted exotic animal throughout North America. Hunting the Corsican Ram can be both exhilarating and challenging, as they require patience to track and are able to quickly herd together, making a clear shot more difficult. We have a variety of these amazing rams for you to hunt year around. Their beautiful color variations and massive curls provide a beautiful mount for your trophy room and conversation piece for years to come.
Corsican ram meat is lean and deeply flavorful, with a more pronounced, earthy taste than domestic lamb due to its wild heritage. It’s best suited for slow cooking, braising, or stews to soften the firm texture and bring out its richness.
