Shipping to You

  • Frozen Products are shipped via UPS. We use insulated boxes and include gel packs or dry ice to keep products cold. Transit times are taken into account to ensure product will be at or below 40°F upon arrival.
     
  • Do not refuse delivery of Frozen Products for any reason. Accept the package, document any issues, place the product in a refrigerator or freezer, then contact us. Any issues will be handled as explained in our Refund and Return Policy. Refusal of a package may void any refund or return.
     
  • Shipping small orders (under 10 lbs) requires additional ice and may incur an extra ice charge.
     
  • Shipment options are dependent upon meat weight and location. We ship without requiring an acceptance signature. Once shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to use their absolute best efforts to assist the carrier in delivering your frozen package safely and in a timely fashion. By completing your order, you agree to use your best efforts to ensure successful delivery. We cannot be responsible for packages left by the carrier at your door for extended periods.
    During any declaration of Force Majeure, inclement weather, or mechanical delays by the carrier—events beyond our control—Roselakeelk.com has no responsibility for shipment interruptions but will endeavor to assist in mitigating losses whenever possible. The customer is expected to do the same. When frozen meat is shipped, minor abrasion damage to packaging may occur and does not affect product wholesomeness.
     
  • Non-Frozen Products (jerky, hard antler, some summer sausages, etc.) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We ship these products within one to two days from order receipt without further contact, with nominal shipping charges added as shown on the website. We ship without requiring an acceptance signature. Once shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to assist the carrier in delivering the package safely and in a timely manner. Roselakeelk.com cannot be responsible for packages left at your door for extended periods. During Force Majeure events, inclement weather, or mechanical carrier delays, Roselakeelk.com has no control over and assumes no responsibility for shipment interruptions.
     
  • APARTMENT OR SUITE DWELLERS: Please note that Roselakeelk.com cannot be held responsible for missed or attempted deliveries to apartments, townhomes, suites, etc., where the UPS or USPS delivery agent cannot ensure guaranteed delivery. Please be home on the expected delivery day. The agent will typically attempt delivery once per day and may not leave it at your door. Under these circumstances, stolen or thawed product is the buyer’s responsibility.
     

National Shipping & Delivery

Currently, Roselakeelk.com ships merchandise via UPS and USPS to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and various military APO and FPO addresses.

Roselakeelk.com does not conduct international transactions, primarily due to U.S. Fish and Wildlife permitting restrictions and customs transit delays.

Shipping Problems

In the rare event that a shipping issue materially affects your shipment, you must contact Roselakeelk.com within:

  • 24 hours for frozen products
     
  • 48 hours for non-frozen products

If an incorrect address was provided, we will make every effort to correct the issue with the carrier. If the error was made by the customer, an additional fee of $12–$17 may apply to cover the carrier’s correction charge. If the error was ours, we will stand by our pledge to deliver your product promptly.
